Depending on whether you are using the Services as a Provider, Recipient and/or Third Party Recipient, you may be required to register for an account (an “Account”) through the Site (an “Account Holder”) and/or only provide your email address so that Providers can provide you with their Provider Data. (b) by allowing us to access your name and other profile information through an existing account you may have on Google (your “Google Account”). In addition to the Personal Information and Submitted Information, we may additionally collect the following information from Users (collectively with Personal Information and Submitted Information, the “Information”):

However, the process of selecting customized ads tailored to you will use data that does not personally identify you, such as using demographic data such as ZIP code. You understand and agree that we may disclose aggregated information and statistics about our Users without restriction so long as such information and statistics do not contain any Personal Information.
(c) We may hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on our behalf, such as hosting Sites, the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or providing credit card processing services. We do not process, record, or maintain your credit card or bank account information, and all of your information is stored securely on such Processor’s database. We may at times change our third-party payment processor. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of such third-party payment processor.

Moreover, if Raft Media Systems Pvt Ltd, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. 10. Advertisements Displayed by Third Parties.
We may allow third-party ad serving companies, including ad networks, to display advertisements on the Site.
